Envirograf Intumescent Pipe Covers are metal saddle units designed to protect pipes and cables in close proximity to a ceiling or wall, or where they penetrate at awkward angles and prevent use of a regular wrap or pipe collar.

Covers are 50mm deep to provide 2 hours protection.

This product has been tested to the procedures and criteria of BS476 Part 22 (1987), during which a fire integrity of 120 minutes was achieved.

Also tested to stringent European standards EN1363/1 (2000) and EN1366/3.

About 2 Hours Pipe Covers

A metal saddle lined with expanding intumescent which is affixed over practically any type of service passing through any type of wall, floor or ceiling.

Available in a variety of profiles to easily affix to flat surfaces as well as corners.

The units are made from powder coated zintec for prolonged durability.

They are fitted with intumescent material and are used to protect single pipes and cable trays running through fire walls or suspended ceilings.

Application

The intumescent pipe covers simply fit over the services and they are then fixed with screws with raw plugs where applicable. U-shaped pipe covers are available for open areas.
