An intumescent-coated glass cloth that will withstand temperatures of up to 1200ºC, providing smoke protection and Class 0 and Class 1 spread of flame. Can also be supplied as a rolled curtain unit and an electric motor.

For shopping centres and large areas that need smoke protection and/or BS476 Class 0/Class 1 spread of flame protection.

About Smoke Curtain

The curtain is an impregnated glass cloth, sealed with a coating which will withstand heat up to 1200C, not only giving smoke protection, but also Class 0 and Class 1.

The curtain can be cut with a sharp knife or scissors, and adhesive is supplied so that a 25 to 30mm overlap can be made, allowing the curtain to be made up to any area required. Available on 50m rolls. The Envirograf Smoke Curtain is a very robust material and will stand up to hard wear. When fixing the curtain to steel or concrete, use Envirograf metal straps. For fixing to timber, use Envirograf Fixing Battens.
