A non-inflammable, compressible and foil clad intumescent coated fibre block, 1200mm long.

For use in walls or floors and can be easily removed for the maintenance of services. Ideal as a fire break under suspended computer floors or between screen walling and concrete floors.

50mm thick blocks are 1 hour rated, 100mm thick blocks are 2 hour rated

Tested to BS476 Part 22 (1987), achieving 138 minutes integrity. Also tested at VNE to European Standard EN1363-1 (2000).

About Intumescent Fire Stop Block

A non-inflammable, compressible and foil clad intumescent coated fibre block, 1200mm long.

Designed to form a fire and smoke barrier and easily cut with a sharp knife. The blocks have self-adhesive tape for joining together. Other sizes can be made to order.

For use in walls or floors and can be easily removed for the maintenance of services. Ideal as a fire break under suspended computer floors, or between screen walling and concrete floors.

They can be used with Envirograf wraps and pipe collars for PVC pipes and electrical services.

Performance

Tested to BS476 Part 22 (1987), achieving an integrity of 138 minutes. Also tested at VNE to European Standard EN1363-1 (2000).
