About Intumescent Panelled Door Upgrade Kit

The intumescent material is faced with an oak, pine, gaboon ply veneer or white card.

Easy to apply.

The card can be cut with a sharp knife, adhered to the panels with IA water-based adhesive giving 30 or 60 minute protection.

The protective topcoat is available in any solid or semi-transparent colour in a matt, satin or gloss finish.

Kit 1:

• Card Faced Intumescent Material 900mm x 1350mm,
• 75ml Stabond Primer,
• 250ml Wood Primer for the Stiles and Rails,
• 2 x 310ml tubes IA Adhesive
• 500ml White Intumescent Coating,
• 500ml White or Coloured Topcoat

Kit 2:

• Oak Veneer Faced Intumescent Material 1200mm x 1200mm,
• 75ml Stabond Primer,
• 250ml Wood Primer / Sealer for the Stiles and Rails,
• 2 x 310ml tubes IA Adhesive,
• 500ml Clear Intumescent Coating,
• 500ml Clear or Tinted Topcoat

Kit 3:

• Pine Veneer Faced Intumescent Material 1200mm x 1200mm,
• 75ml Stabond Primer,
• 250ml Wood Primer / Sealer for the Stiles and Rails,
• 2 x 310ml tubes IA Adhesive,
• 500ml Clear Intumescent Coating,
• 500ml Clear or Tinted Topcoat

Kit 4:

• Gaboon Ply Faced Intumescent Material 1200mm x 1200mm,
• 75ml Stabond Primer,
• 250ml Wood Primer / Sealer for the Stiles and Rails,
• 620ml TCA Adhesive,
• 500ml Clear Intumescent Coating,
• 500ml Clear or Tinted Topcoat
