How to Order
Ordering from HSP Fire Protection is simple, safe and secure.
When you find a product you wish to purchase simply select the options you want on the product page, and click "ADD TO CART". The item will then appear in your online shopping basket which can be accessed from the top of each page. If you are ordering a tinted product please ensure you enter the colour reference you need before adding the product to your basket.
When you are ready to place your order click on "CHECK OUT" and you will see a summary of your order. You can make changes to your order at this point and you will be asked to provide the information that we need to send your goods to you. Shipping is calculated based on the delivery address you specify during checkout.
When you have made your payment you will see an order confirmation page providing your order number. You will also you will receive an email confirmation of your order. Payment Security
All financial transactions made on the HSP Fire Protection website are handled by Sage Pay.
Our Payment Service Provider is Sage Pay (formerly Protx) – the largest independent payment service provider (PSP) in the UK and Ireland.
Sage Pay provides a secure payment gateway (Level 1 PCI DSS), processing payments for thousands of online businesses, including ours.
