The Envirograf Thermal Fire Cavity Barrier comprises a flexible fire proof sponge 30mm deep, fixed to a thin foil faced intumescent strip.

Provides up to 2 hours hour protection.

The system is completely moisture resistant.

The sponge rests inside the cavity and the foil overlaps both sides to the cavity

Suitable for cavities around doors and windows.

Sizes - cavity width (mm) x foil width (mm)

Length Options - 1000mm and 2000mm

Tested tested to BS476 Part 20 achieving up to 60 minutes

Also tested to to BS EN1363-1 achieving 132 minutes.

The Envirograf Thermal Cavity Barrier is an ideal solution where both fire and thermal protection is required, particularly in cavities around window and door apertures.

The barrier is waterproof and completely moisture resistant and offers over 2 hours fire protection as well as creating an effective thermal barrier between the cavity and window/door frame section.
