Acoustic door stop, set without intumescent seals, but supplied as standard with a 5mm brush smoke seal.

Ideal for replacing existing wooden door stops.

Door stop, with moulding available in brown, white or natural ready for staining.

Additionally use rubber seals. The smoke seal helps to ensure a fire escape route free from smoke. 1-1½mm of the brush or rubber seal is held within the holder. Brush with fin is always ½mm higher than regular brush. make allowance for this when specifying.

Furthermore, see Product 73 for alternative seals. All seals give acoustic, smoke and draught protection.

Advantages of Intumescent Door Stop With Acoustic, Draught and Smoke Protection

– Can be fitted with acoustic seals which also serve as draught and smoke seals

– Designed to replace and improve upon standard wooden door stops

Application Instructons

Remove the backing paper from the seal, position the seal and fix. Finish the fixing with panel pins, securing each end and at 300mm intervals. Used as a surface-mounted door stop. The standard smoke seal supplied is a 5mm brush. Rubber seals may also be used (see technical data sheet).
