The Envirograf Universal Cavity Barrier is probably one of the simplest cavity seals to install in these areas.

It has a protective outer sleeve which offers full condensation protection and 123 minutes fire rating.

Can be used as a fire break under tiles between battens to stop fire from one roof to the next.

Tested to BS EN 1363-1 1999 achieving up to 140 minutes integrity

Also tested to BS476 Parts 20,22 (1987)

About Free Air Flow Cavity Barrier

Sealed in a UPVC foil this cavity barrier offers optimum durability and moisture protection as well as a continued thermal insulation within the cavity section.

In the event of a fire the intumescent seal will expand filling the cavity stopping the spread of fire and smoke.
